 Trustindex überprüft, ob die Originalquelle der Bewertung Google ist. Ich komme als Geschäftsreisender ins Haus. An dem Tag war eine Veranstaltung und beim einchecken wurde ich darauf hingewiesen, dass es ein bisschen Geräusche geben könne, diese aber maximal bis 0 h gingen.
Um Mitternacht hielt ich den Bass nicht mehr aus. Mein Bett und der Fernseher vibrierten im Takt der Disco. Laut Rezeption jetzt Party bis mindestens 2 h. Ein anderes Zimmer wurde nicht  angeboten. Ich musste um 5:30 h aufstehen.
Vorher keine Mail. Restaurant wegen der Veranstaltung geschlossen. Vorher ebenfalls keine Mail.
Ich habe MITTEN in der Nacht auchecken müssen.  Bin dann in ein anderes  Hotel umgezogen. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken.
Danach keine Mail. Keine Entschuldigung. Keine Erstattung.
Was das zeigt? Keine Prozessabläufe, kein Qualitätsmanagement, am Front desk kein Gedanke darüber, wer besser woanders untergebracht wird, man hat das Gefühl der Gast ist hier völlig egal. Auch wenn er vorher noch so oft da war.
Massive Enttäuschung. Den Kerndienst eines Hotels hat man hier verlernt. Und deshalb ganz sicher nie wieder. Weiß man doch nie, wann man dort nachts den Ballerman unterm Zimmer hat… Danke nie wieder!
